Shipping & Returns Policies
Shipping Options:
We offer several shipping options to suit your needs. Each option offers a different delivery time frame. However, all options require time to process the order before shipping. Generally, this takes 1-2 business days for in-stock items. All items on your order will be shipped together as our shipping quote is discounted based on the actual shipping weight.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges are calculated by the weight and size of the item plus a small handling charge to help defray packaging expenses. To determine your shipping costs for an item(s), simply add the item to the Shopping Cart. The shipping charges will be displayed in the Shopping Cart before any credit card information is required. Don't worry about adding items to the Shopping Cart, you can remove them at any time.
Return Policy:
Rumors Has It! wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Prior to making a purchase, please be sure to ask any questions you might have about your order. We want you to be informed about the item(s) you are purchasing.
We are so confident that you'll be happy with your purchase that we offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Rumors Has It! purchase, you may return it in it's original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt and receive a 100% refund (less original shipping charges or actual shipping charges if your purchase was sent with free or reduced shipping).
You must e-mail us at sales@rumorshasitonline.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Rumors Has It! will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error such as receiving an incorrect item. All returns without a RAN will be refused and not credited.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
Items Damaged In Shipping
If you receive a damaged item in your order, please contact us immediately for further instructions by e-mail at sales@rumorshasitonline.com or by phone at (785) 793 2676 during store hours, Mon-Fri 11:00AM to 6:00PM and Sat 9:00AM to 4:00PM, Central Standard Time. Messages left on voice mail will be returned during regular business hours. To process the exchange or a return on damaged items you MUST keep the original box and all packaging.
Rumors Has It! will pay the return shipping cost on items damaged in shipping.
Cancellations:
Cancellations on orders that have already been processed will be accepted and handled in the same manner as returns. If the order has not been processed than we will be happy to process the cancellation for you. If it has already shipped than unfortunately the customer will have to be responsible for the shipping costs. This includes rejected shipments.
International Orders:
At this time we only ship within the United States. Check back as this may change.
